Crypto Brokerage

Crypto Brokerage is Paxos' regulated blockchain infrastructure product providing qualified custody, licensing, and trading capabilities for enterprises launching crypto solutions. The product enables financial services companies to offer their customers the ability to buy, sell, and hold crypto on their platforms through API integration.

Qualified Custody Infrastructure

The custody infrastructure keeps customer assets safe by holding them in accounts protected from bankruptcy through Paxos Trust Company NA, with digital asset insurance coverage. All digital assets are held in bankruptcy-remote accounts, ensuring customer funds are protected from insolvency risk even in the event of Paxos bankruptcy. The custody solution is regulated by the New York Department of Financial Services with federal oversight from the OCC Trust Charter.

Regulatory Framework

Paxos' regulatory-first approach provides partners with access to comprehensive regulatory frameworks covering all 50 US states and Singapore, including OCC Trust Charter oversight, NYDFS regulation, and MAS licensing as a major payments institution.
