Floatout

Floatout is a no-code, white-label launcher for Hyperliquid trading frontends. Communities, KOLs, trading groups, existing apps and trading desks use it to put their own brand on a perpetual futures (perp) DEX and prediction market (outcome market) site. Hyperliquid's own order books, matching engine, oracles, liquidations and settlement sit underneath. Floatout launched in 2026 and positions itself as the fastest route to a branded Hyperliquid DEX: a builder names the DEX, signs one gas-free ownership message with a wallet, and the site goes live on a permanent <slug>.floatout.trade subdomain in about a minute. There is no code to write and no servers to run.

Core Products/Services

• White-label Hyperliquid DEX Launcher: a hosted, branded trading frontend run from the Floatout builder console (app.floatout.xyz). It covers branding (logo, colors, fonts, layout, light and dark modes), custom domains, SEO and tracking, legal texts, country-level geo-blocking, wallet integrations, analytics and a public trader leaderboard.
• Perp DEX Launch: every Hyperliquid perpetual futures market under the operator's brand, using the same order book and liquidity as Hyperliquid. There is no liquidity to bootstrap and no exchange engine to build or audit.
• White-label Prediction Market Platform: a branded site for Hyperliquid's live HIP-4 outcome markets. It adds enriched market pages (rules, price history, sports and match context, news, team crests and company logos) and moderated community comment threads next to the trading screen.
• Builder Code Monetization and Non-custodial Fee Payouts: paid earnings activation deploys a dedicated BuilderLedger fee contract for each DEX. Builder fees accrue to that contract, allocations are published as merkle roots, and the operator, affiliates and traders receiving kickbacks claim their shares on-chain. Referral links, partner commissions, trader kickbacks and per-wallet fee discounts come with it.
• Enterprise Plan: for funds and institutions that need their own infrastructure. It adds low-latency routing, dedicated support and a negotiated platform share on an annual contract.

Key Strengths

• Non-custodial by design: traders fund their own Hyperliquid accounts. Neither the operator nor Floatout ever holds user funds, and the fee contract has no withdraw, sweep or admin-drain function.
• Shared deep liquidity: every DEX uses Hyperliquid's existing order books across all of its perp markets, so a new venue does not start with an empty book.
• Transparent economics: the platform share is a published percentage of the gross builder fee (Starter 100%, Launch 15%, Pro 10%, Enterprise 10%). Accrual inputs and rates are published with every merkle root, so any tenant can recompute their own entitlement.

It targets Discord and Telegram trading groups, crypto creators on X and YouTube, sports and macro communities, and high-volume trading desks. It also runs an affiliate program that pays referrers 20% of activation fees plus a share of platform revenue from the DEXes they refer.
