White-label Hyperliquid Perp DEX Launcher

Floatout is a no-code, hosted white-label launcher that lets businesses and communities run their own branded perpetual futures DEX on Hyperliquid. Operators don't write code, run servers or build a matching engine. Hyperliquid supplies matching, margin, liquidations, liquidity and settlement, and Floatout supplies the branded trading frontend, the operator tooling and the monetization layer.

1. Preview: open the builder, enter a name, pick a theme and choose perps or predictions. No wallet is needed.
2. Claim and publish: connect the owner wallet and sign one gas-free ownership message. The DEX goes live at a permanent <slug>.floatout.trade address, and a custom domain can be added through a CNAME with automatic certificate validation.
3. Invite traders and earn: share the site with your community and activate builder-fee earnings when volume justifies it.

Builder-Code Monetization

After paid activation, operators set a builder fee per product (up to 0.1% on perps) with per-wallet discounts. Each DEX gets a dedicated BuilderLedger contract that acts as its builder code. Allocations are computed off-chain, published as merkle roots with their rates and inputs, and claimed on-chain by the operator, affiliates and referred traders. The contract has no withdraw, sweep or admin-drain function. Referral links, affiliate commissions and trader kickbacks come out of the operator's share, and a fee calculator with break-even analysis helps decide when activation pays back.

Non-custodial by Design

Traders fund and control their own Hyperliquid accounts, and the operator never holds user funds. Those funds stay reachable through any compatible Hyperliquid interface even if the DEX goes offline.

Plans

• Starter: free to create and publish, with Floatout keeping builder fees.
• Launch: $2,500 one-time setup, and the operator keeps 85% of gross builder fees.
• Pro: $7,500 one-time setup, and the operator keeps 90%. Adds the L4 order book, video PnL media and custom trade sounds.
• Enterprise: an annual contract with a negotiated share, low-latency routing and dedicated support, for funds, institutions and high-volume trading desks.

There is no monthly subscription, and hosting, updates and new features are included. Target clients are Discord and Telegram trading communities, KOLs and creators, trading groups, existing crypto apps and trading desks. Floatout supplies software, not a licence to operate, so operators remain responsible for jurisdictional compliance.
