Operated by Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited — wholly owned by the HKSAR Government — these programmes provide direct financial assistance, mentorship, and investor access to digital tech startups. Cyberport's portfolio companies have collectively raised over US$5.92 billion in funding, with notable alumni including unicorns Animoca Brands and WeLab, and blockchain security firm CertIK.

What's Included

Cyberport Incubation Programme (CIP)

• Up to HK$500,000 in financial assistance over a 24-month programme
• HK$200,000 on-site rental subsidy at Cyberport campus
• Direct connections to local, Mainland Chinese, and overseas investors and funds
• Market access support across the Greater Bay Area, Middle East, ASEAN, and Belt and Road regions

Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF)

• Up to HK$100,000 in early-stage seed funding over a six-month programme
• Guidance on value propositions and investor pitch preparation
• Support to build scalable minimum viable products and prototypes
• Pathway to the full Cyberport Incubation Programme
• Sub-programmes for Hong Kong-based applicants, Greater Bay Area entrepreneurs, and university students

Blockchain & Digital Asset Pilot Subsidy Scheme

• Up to 80% subsidy on total project expenses (maximum HK$500,000 per project)
• Supports development and testing of blockchain and Web3.0 applications across industries
• Eligible focus areas: digital assets, DeFi, NFTs, smart contracts, tokenisation, and blockchain infrastructure
• Up to three pilot projects per eligible entity
