Chainfuel's Karma and User Reputation System enables crypto and Web3 project communities to gamify positive engagement and automatically enforce community standards directly within Telegram. Admins configure a Karma point system that awards points to users for positive contributions — such as helpful messages, active participation, or quality content — and deducts points for rule violations or disruptive behavior.

The system supports XP/points leaderboards and automated actions based on Karma thresholds: users falling below a defined score can be automatically muted or banned, while high-Karma users are recognized and rewarded. This creates a transparent, community-driven reputation layer ideal for ambassador programs, community rewards, and token-based incentive structures for DAO and DeFi communities.

Community CRM & Member Engagement Analytics

The integrated Community CRM provides per-member engagement analytics, allowing community managers to identify and reward the most active contributors to their Telegram group. Admins can monitor individual member behavior, track contribution levels, and use this data to recognize top community members and inform reward programs.

The CRM integrates seamlessly with the Karma system, enabling automated rewarding of high-scoring members and automated moderation actions against low-scoring or disruptive members.
