Datachain, Inc. is a Tokyo-based blockchain interoperability infrastructure company founded in March 2018. The company was established by Tetsushi Hisata (previously founder and CEO of Speee Inc.) and Jun Kimura (previously founding CTO of Momentum Inc., Japan's first ad verification technology company). • LCP (Light Client Proxy): A proxy middleware for light client verification executed in a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) using Intel SGX. LCP solves two core problems with existing cross-chain interoperability: high on-chain verification costs and low extensibility. By performing light client verification inside an enclave and generating cryptographic proofs, LCP enables ultra-gas-efficient, trust-minimized cross-chain communication that works across diverse blockchain types. Integration with ZK Proof is also under development for enhanced security.

• Cross Framework: A framework that enables distributed transactions across multiple blockchains, implemented as a Cosmos module. It allows developers to write normal smart contracts that execute across multiple chains simultaneously while maintaining concurrency. The technology is particularly suited for DVP (Delivery versus Payment) and PVP (Payment versus Payment) settlements. Cross Framework has been granted a patent in Japan (Patent No. 6982345) and patent applications are pending in other OECD countries including the US.
