Aryze is a modular stablecoin and payments infrastructure company founded in 2017 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company operates as a collective of ARYZE ApS (technology and financial asset management) and its wholly owned subsidiary ARYZE (BVI) Ltd (cross-jurisdictional issuance of digital cash stablecoins), and serves institutions, platforms, and enterprises seeking regulated settlement and treasury operations built on blockchain rails.
Aryze's platform centres on four interconnected service lines:
Branded Stablecoins (Stablecoin-as-a-Service) — Platforms and enterprises can launch their own white-label, fully collateralised stablecoins (E-Assets) backed 1:1 by real-world assets (RWA) in days rather than years. E-Assets include multi-currency options such as eUSD, eEUR, eGBP, eSGD, and eGOLD. Each asset is audited monthly by Grant Thornton and issued with full MiCA compliance via ARYZE (BVI) Ltd.
Treasury Management — Multi-currency wallets enabling 24/7 settlement with stable settlement assets and on-chain treasury management. The Treasury-in-a-Box solution provides 1:1 asset backing, collateral management, and risk tooling for organisations that need instant, predictable settlement without traditional banking delays.
reForge FX Engine — A proprietary FX orchestration engine built into the E-Asset layer that supports cross-chain and cross-currency conversions with policy-controlled rules. reForge ensures stablecoins remain fully fungible and redeemable at their base value, enabling frictionless cross-border payouts and FX settlement.
Tokenizing Real-World Assets — Infrastructure for tokenising traditional assets (fiat currencies, commodities such as gold and silver, and other real-world assets) into fully backed on-chain representations, enabling programmable finance for DeFi integrations, DEX-native tokens, CBDC pilots, and settlement tokens.
Aryze partners include Chainlink (oracle infrastructure), Mercado Bitcoin, Linea (ConsenSys L2), SGT Markets, Grant Thornton (auditor), and Lynex (DeFi). The company has been recognised by Forbes, Fintech50 (Hot 10 most promising European fintechs), the TADS ESG/SDG Award (2021), Copenhagen Fintech Week Awards (2018), and The One Initiative.
Aryze sits at the intersection of traditional finance and on-chain infrastructure, providing the regulated, asset-backed stablecoin layer that banks, fintechs, exchanges, and Web3 platforms need for real-world settlement. Its modular architecture, compliance-first design, and treasury-grade tooling make it suitable for organisations moving from pilot to production-scale digital asset deployment.
