EchoTrade delivers continuous two-sided quoting on a token's order book across every exchange in scope, so the token can be traded without large price gaps. The service is for token projects preparing a centralized exchange listing, listed tokens that have been flagged for an exchange compliance review, and teams managing a treasury around an unlock schedule.
What a project can expect is narrow and measurable: depth held at the agreed distance from mid price on each venue, spread inside the range agreed before launch, quote uptime through the overnight hours as well as the busy ones, and pricing kept consistent across every exchange the token trades on. Those are the same three numbers exchanges monitor after a listing, and they arrive in a scheduled report, so what was quoted can be checked against what was agreed.
A market maker manages the structure of a market rather than its direction. It does not create demand, set price, or substitute for building a project people want.
Four to six weeks before a listing. Understanding the tokenomics, the unlock schedule and the venue list. Opening accounts and API access on every exchange in scope. Agreeing depth, spread and uptime targets per venue, and writing the launch-day plan with the project's team.
Resting buy and sell orders maintained on every venue in scope, through the trading day and overnight. Depth positioned within 1% and 2% of the mid price on each side, spread held inside the agreed range, and pricing kept aligned across exchanges so arbitrage gaps stay small.
Which venues open first, what depth is funded on each, who is on the desk through the first hours, and how the project's announcement is timed against the book being live. The book is quoting before the first trade rather than after it.
A scheduled report covering depth at the agreed distance from mid, spread, uptime and inventory on every venue. Exchanges publish their own market quality thresholds and monitor the same metrics, so the book is kept inside them every day rather than on average.
Retainer only, and no custody. EchoTrade does not take token loans, call options or profit share, and never holds a project's tokens. A desk paid in borrowed supply has a position in where the price goes. A retainer desk does not.
Traders before infrastructure. The company hired traders and quants before it hired anyone else. 20+ traders on the desk, up to three assigned to a single asset during a launch, and someone watching the book at every hour a market is open.
Reporting that can be checked. Depth, spread and uptime reported per venue against what was agreed, using the same measures the exchanges themselves publish. The work is verifiable rather than taken on trust.
