dAGI Accelerator Program

The intensive 8-week accelerator accepts 8 teams per cohort with no equity taken and no fees charged. Qualifying teams can receive up to $500,000 in funding to accelerate development, plus $200,000 in compute resources for AI/ML workloads. The program runs through structured phases including application review, evaluation, program execution, and concludes with demo day (May 21-23) providing graduates with access to tier-1 venture capitalists from Delphi's extensive network.

Fundraising Strategy & Advisory

Delphi Labs offers bespoke fundraising advisory leveraging their experience working with major protocols including Lido, Aave, Compound, Synthetix, Axie Infinity, and Thorchain. Services include fundraising strategy and timeline planning, pitch deck creation and refinement using Delphi's proven templates, investor targeting and warm introductions through their extensive network, valuation guidance, and pitch refinement. The team provides templates for essential startup documentation including pitch decks, financial models, and governance frameworks.

Comprehensive Mentorship

The program provides full-stack support across critical domains: strategy iteration to refine business models and value propositions, product development guidance, AI/ML technical expertise, infrastructure architecture, token design and tokenomics modeling, go-to-market strategy, positioning and messaging, fundraising preparation and pitch refinement, and marketing strategies. The Delphi Labs team acts as an extension of each startup's team with weekly calls plus additional focused sessions as needed.

Teams receive connections to legal partners aligned with Delphi's philosophy, ensuring proper regulatory compliance and entity structuring. The program leverages networks across Delphi and Cyber to facilitate introductions to industry leaders, potential partners, and strategic investors.
