Input Output Research (IOR) is IOG's dedicated R&D division pioneering foundational and applied research in cryptography, distributed systems, and formal methods. Research Methodology

IOR utilizes an evidence-based methodology using Software Readiness Levels (SRLs) to guide projects from early conceptual modeling and security proofs to implementation. The multi-stage research funnel includes:
