Overview

The Staking Vault Manager (SVM) is Northstake's flagship institutional-grade platform for managing Ethereum staking operations through Lido V3 staking vaults (stVaults). It provides regulated financial institutions with complete operational control over validator deployment, multi-operator orchestration, and liquidity management through a comprehensive suite of tools including web UI, REST API, SDK, and white-label solutions.

Multi-Operator Validator Infrastructure

Vendor-Agnostic Orchestration: Deploy and manage validators across multiple Tier-1 node operators including P2P.org, Chorus One, Everstake, Pier Two, and Solstice Staking. This multi-vendor approach prevents single-point-of-failure and enables complete control over the validator set through the SVM platform.

Distributed Validator Technology: Institutions can deploy validators using SSV Network's distributed validator technology (DVT) for enhanced decentralization, fault tolerance, and uptime guarantees. DVT splits validator keys across multiple operators, eliminating single-operator risk.

Asset Segregation & Security: Each institution stakes via segregated smart contracts (stVaults) that enforce permissions and access control. This non-custodial architecture ensures institutional-grade security while maintaining full control over staked assets with configurable governance rules.

White-Label Staking Products (SVM Pro)

SVM Pro enables custodians, exchanges, wallets, and financial platforms to launch branded pooled staking products without protocol-level infrastructure development. Built on Lido V3's DeFi Wrapper, it includes:

Customizable Embeddable Widget: Fully branded staking interface with configurable logo, colors, typography, and whitelisting controls. Deploy directly into partner websites, mobile apps, or customer portals.

Built-in RFQ Execution: OTC-style settlement flows with integrated market makers (Keyrock, Nonco, GSR, DV Chain) enable selling staked ETH at tight spreads with $150M in 2% liquidity depth.
