API Suite

Connect API — An OAuth 2.0 provider enabling single sign-on (SSO) integration with Securitize ID. Institutions can embed compliant investor login and retrieve verified investor data including KYC/AML status, accreditation status, and identity verification results directly into their own platforms.

Domain API — A full-featured backend API for investor data management, fundraising lifecycle support, and holder recordkeeping. Supports investor onboarding management, cap table management, fundraising round administration, and holder record maintenance — all backed by Securitize's regulated infrastructure.

Webhook API — Event-driven integration delivering real-time updates on critical investor compliance events: KYC completion, investment confirmations, transfer approvals, and accreditation status changes. Designed for platforms requiring live compliance event notifications.

Compliance Infrastructure

Securitize Markets, LLC — the SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA/SIPC member within the Securitize ecosystem — uses Securitize ID as its regulated identity and compliance gate for all investor access to tokenized securities offerings. The same KYC/AML and accreditation layer controls investor access to primary market distributions and the Alternative Trading System (ATS), ensuring only verified and eligible investors can participate.
