DEX Screener provides a comprehensive free REST API for developers to access real-time decentralized exchange data across 100+ blockchain networks. Token-related endpoints (60 requests/minute) include latest token profiles, community takeovers, ads, boosted tokens, top boosted tokens, and paid order checks. Trading pair endpoints (300 requests/minute) provide access to pair data by chain and address, pair search functionality, token pool information, and multi-pair queries by token address.

All data comes directly from blockchain indexing without external API dependencies. DEX Screener's custom indexer parses raw blockchain logs in real-time to provide accurate trading data including prices, volumes, liquidity, transactions, unique makers, and holder counts. The API returns comprehensive pair information including base/quote tokens, price in native and USD, transaction counts (buys/sells), volume metrics, price changes, liquidity data, fully diluted valuation, market cap, and pair creation timestamps.
