DeBank Connect (Web3 OAuth SDK)

DeBank Connect is an OAuth 2.0-based authentication and identity SDK that allows decentralized applications (dApps) to implement Web3 sign-in using a user's DeBank account, providing developers with a familiar, secure method to authenticate Web3 users while reducing onboarding friction.

Product Overview

Built on the OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Grant standard, DeBank Connect bridges the gap between traditional web authentication patterns and Web3 identity. When users sign in via DeBank Connect, dApps can access rich on-chain portfolio data — with explicit user consent — removing the need for manual wallet connections or complex key-management flows.

How It Works

1. The dApp redirects the user to the DeBank Connect authorization page
2. The user reviews and approves the requested data scopes
3. The dApp server exchanges the authorization code for access and refresh tokens
4. The dApp uses the access token to call DeBank APIs on behalf of the user

• user:base:read — Account name, avatar, and basic profile information
• user:chain:read — Complete on-chain portfolio data including balances across all chains
• user:social:read — Social graph data including follows and Web3 social activity
