Wert is a licensed Web3 payment infrastructure provider founded in 2020 and operated by SHA2 Solutions OÜ (Estonia) and SHA2 Solutions Inc. (USA). The company delivers a unified payment platform purpose-built for the NFT, DeFi, GameFi, and broader Web3 ecosystem, enabling businesses to accept credit and debit card payments for digital assets without requiring their end users to hold cryptocurrency beforehand.
Wert's platform centres on three primary product lines:
NFT Checkout — A white-label, embeddable payment widget that lets NFT marketplace operators and Web3 project teams accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA payments for NFT purchases. The widget supports 198 countries and all US states, achieves a 95%+ card approval rate, and works with any smart contract through raw input data passing. Key capabilities include smart proxy transactions (no seller KYC required), compliant data exchange via server-side webhooks and client-side listeners, full CSS/colour UI customisation, wallet top-up, and instant wallet creation. Partners integrate in as little as three steps and can go live the same day.
Fiat Onramp — An API-driven crypto purchasing module that allows Web3 wallet operators, DeFi applications, and GameFi platforms to let users buy crypto instantly using payment cards. Supports ETH, BTC, MATIC, ARB, BNB, XTZ, STX, CCD, and more. Features include risk-based KYC (up to $1,000 without document upload), instant fund availability, zero chargeback liability for partners, fully managed AML compliance, and pre-fill APIs for seamless UX. Wert operates as a non-custodian: it never stores customer crypto or fiat funds.
Token Listing — A service enabling Web3 projects to list their ERC-20 tokens on Wert's onramp so investors can purchase the token directly with a card, without leaving the partner's platform. Supports direct listing (via CEX liquidity) and DEX-based listing (through decentralised exchange swap contract execution). Multi-chain support covers Ethereum, Polygon, Tezos, Bitcoin, Stacks, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Concordium, and Base.
Wert serves NFT marketplaces (including KnownOrigin Labs and Intercellar), crypto exchanges (Changelly, LATOKEN), and Web3 infrastructure companies. The company is backed by investors including Tezos Foundation, Element Ventures, Redstone, Digital Horizon, JDAC, Taguscap, and Parallax Ventures.
Wert removes the friction between fiat money and Web3 assets by providing a single, compliant, globally available payment layer that integrates with any smart contract or Web3 application. It is purpose-built for B2B partners — NFT platforms, DeFi apps, Web3 wallets, and GameFi projects — that want to onboard mainstream users without managing payment licences, chargeback risk, or AML compliance themselves.
