HIFI (formerly HIFI Bridge) is a financial infrastructure platform founded in 2022 and headquartered in New York City with an office in Abu Dhabi. The company builds modular, programmable financial infrastructure that enables developers and enterprises to move, convert, route, and settle value across stablecoins and traditional bank rails — all through a single API integration.
HIFI's core thesis is that money should behave like software: composable, programmable, and deterministic. The platform decomposes the monolithic financial stack into discrete building blocks — identity, custody, routing, settlement — which developers can assemble into any financial product. HIFI has moved billions of dollars and counts Fortune 100 companies among its clients. The company holds SOC 2 Type II compliance, is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB), and operates 24/7/365 with bank-grade custody and encrypted transaction telemetry.
The HIFI platform is structured around four primary layers:
Inflows — The entry point for value. Accepts deposits from bank rails (ACH, wire, RTP, SWIFT), card networks (debit, credit, prepaid), and wallet/blockchain addresses including USDC, USDT, and USDG. All inbound funds are normalized and represented consistently regardless of origin, with embedded KYC/KYB, AML screening, and conversion logic applied on entry.
Management — Control layer for value operations. Enables swaps, bridges, splits, and reallocations across custodial and on-chain environments. Includes authorization primitives (approval workflows, multi-party sign-off, role-based access), compliance controls (KYC/KYB gating, sanctions checks, velocity limits), and full audit logging.
Outflows — Global payout engine supporting bank rails (ACH, Fedwire, RTP, SWIFT, PIX, SPEI, FPS, SEPA, PSE, Instapay, Pesonet, UPI, RTGS), card rails, and wallet/blockchain destinations. Native USDC, USDT, and USDG disbursements are fully integrated for global stablecoin payouts.
Workflows — Programmable financial logic layer enabling complex transaction orchestration: conditional transfers, escrow flows, multi-party routing, and multi-chain settlement. Supports use cases including usage-priced money (on-demand treasury), collaborative payments (marketplace fee routing, revenue sharing), composable bank accounts (programmatic reconciliation), event-driven money (IoT-linked payments), private transactions (confidential bilateral settlement via Canton Network), and perishable money (time-limited funds with automatic reclamation).
Private Transactions — A dedicated product for confidential settlement between regulated institutions on the Canton Network (Digital Asset). Enables bilateral trades, tokenized cash transfers, and intra-entity balance movements with no public broadcast and no shared transaction history.
HIFI's team brings deep expertise from some of the world's most complex payment systems, including alumni from Uber Payments, Mastercard, Visa, Block (formerly Square), Google, and Stanford Blockchain Research. The platform is designed as API-native infrastructure with deterministic routing, execution, and reconciliation at every step — no manual operations or third-party tooling required.
Key technical differentiators include: embedded compliance (KYC, KYB, sanctions screening, ongoing monitoring run inside the platform), hardened key custody, isolated wallets, role-based access control, and a Visa Direct partnership enabling stablecoins to move across Visa's global payments network.
HIFI serves companies ranging from two-person startups to Fortune 100 enterprises. Use cases span treasury automation, global payouts, marketplace settlement, liquidity routing, and instant conversion. The platform supports TRON in addition to Base and Polygon for stablecoin operations.
HIFI offers a single integration point to access the full spectrum of money movement infrastructure — stablecoin rails, bank rails, card rails, and blockchain networks — without the need for separate compliance tooling, custody providers, or payout processors. The platform is regulated (registered MSB with principal-agent bank partnerships via Cross River Bank), fully auditable, and designed for teams building the next generation of financial products at any scale.
